"Tat Makarna", the closest follower of technologic development, is producing his 22 different macaroni types without human touch in a top-level system suitable to their quality and flavor in the computer-controlled continued integrated plants of 18,000 m2. Tat production of pasta and semolina is made from high quality 100% hard durum wheat at modern, integrated, completely controlled by the computerized plant. Meeting Tat Macaroni with the global consumer is realizing by means of continuous quality control performed pre-process, during the process, pre-packing, and post-packing stages by experienced engineers and technicians in laboratories equipped with developed control devices.
